OVERHEAD CABLE EXTENSION
The Overhead Cable Extension targets the triceps while allowing for smooth, consistent tension throughout the movement. Stand facing away from a cable machine with a rope or straight-bar attachment set at the lowest point. Grip the handle(s) and extend your arms overhead, elbows close to your ears. Slowly lower the weight behind your head by bending the elbows, then press back to the starting position. This exercise improves tricep definition, strength, and endurance while maintaining joint safety and proper form.
