Tricep Dips

Tricep Dips are a compound bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the triceps while engaging the chest and shoulders. Using parallel bars or a stable surface, support your body weight with your arms and bend your elbows to lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Press back up to the starting position with control. This movement strengthens the triceps, enhances arm definition, and improves upper-body endurance when performed with proper form.
