SEATED OVERHEAD DB EXTENSION
The Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extension targets the triceps by extending the arms overhead while seated for stability. Hold a dumbbell with both hands above your head, elbows pointing forward. Slowly lower the weight behind your head by bending the elbows, then press back to the starting position. This exercise strengthens the triceps, improves arm definition, and enhances overall upper-body strength while emphasizing controlled movement and proper form.
