Resistance Band Pull Aparts
Resistance Band Pull-Aparts target the rear shoulders (rear delts), mid-back, and traps to improve posture, stability, and shoulder health. Hold a resistance band with both hands at shoulder height, arms extended in front of you. Pull the band apart by moving your arms out to the sides until it touches your chest level, then return slowly. This exercise strengthens the upper back and helps balance shoulder muscles.
