Standing Front Barbell Raise

This exercise targets the front of your shoulders (front delts) to build strength, shape, and stability. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hold a barbell in front of your thighs with both hands, and lift it straight in front of you to shoulder height. Lower slowly under control and repeat.
