ROPE PRESS DOWN
Rope Press Downs are a cable exercise that isolates the triceps while allowing for a natural range of motion. Stand facing the cable machine with a rope attachment at the top. Grip the rope with both hands, elbows tucked at your sides, and press downward until your arms are fully extended. Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining control. This exercise strengthens the triceps, improves muscle definition, and enhances arm endurance.
