Underhand Grip Barbell Rows
Underhand Grip Barbell Rows target the latissimus dorsi, biceps, and rear delts while promoting proper posture. Hold a barbell with an underhand (supinated) grip, hinge slightly at the hips, and keep your back straight. Pull the barbell toward your lower chest or upper abdomen, then slowly lower it to the starting position. This exercise strengthens the upper and middle back, improves bicep engagement, and enhances overall upper-body definition with proper form and control.
