Tate Press
The Tate Press is a tricep-focused exercise performed with dumbbells on a flat bench. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended above your chest, palms facing your feet. Lower the dumbbells toward your chest, bending the elbows out to the sides, then press back up to the starting position. This movement isolates the triceps, improves strength, and enhances muscle tone while emphasizing controlled form and safety.
