Reverse Wrist Curl Single Dumbbell

The Reverse Wrist Curl (Single Dumbbell) is an isolation exercise designed to strengthen the wrist extensors, the muscles located on the top side of your forearm. To perform, sit on a bench with your forearm resting on your thigh, palm facing down, and wrist just past your knee. Holding a light dumbbell, slowly curl your wrist upward while keeping your forearm stationary, then lower back down with control. This movement improves grip balance, supports overall wrist health, and can help reduce the risk of overuse injuries from sports, typing, or weight training.
