DB Wrist Curls

Dumbbell Wrist Curls, also known as DB Wrist Curls, target the wrist flexors on the underside of the forearm. To perform, sit on a bench with your forearms resting on your thighs, palms facing up, and wrists just beyond your knees. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and slowly curl your wrists upward, squeezing at the top before lowering with control. This exercise builds forearm mass, strengthens grip, and supports wrist stability for both daily tasks and athletic performance. It is especially useful for lifters, climbers, and anyone looking to improve arm aesthetics and function.
