Lat Pull Downs
Lat Pulldowns target the lats (latissimus dorsi) while engaging the biceps (arm muscles) and rear delts (back shoulder muscles). Sit at a cable machine with a wide bar attachment, grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width, and pull it down toward your upper chest. Slowly return to the starting position. This exercise strengthens the upper back, improves posture, and promotes balanced muscle development when performed with proper form.
