Dips Weighted
Weighted Dips are a compound upper-body exercise that primarily targets the triceps while also engaging the chest and shoulders. Using parallel bars, support your body weight and add additional resistance with a dip belt or weighted vest. Lower your body by bending the elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the floor, then press back up to the starting position. This exercise builds strength, improves arm and chest definition, and enhances functional upper-body performance when performed with proper form.
