Cable Lat Pullovers

Cable Lat Pullovers target the lats (latissimus dorsi) while engaging the triceps (arm muscles) and core for stability. Attach a straight bar or rope to a high cable pulley, stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and grip the handle. Pull the cable down in an arc motion from above your head to your thighs while keeping arms straight or slightly bent, then slowly return to the starting position. This exercise improves back definition, enhances upper-body strength, and promotes proper form and posture.
