The Close Grip Cable Row primarily works the lats (latissimus dorsi), traps (trapezius, upper back), and rhomboids (mid-back muscles), while also engaging the biceps (arm flexors) and forearms. Using a close-grip V-bar attachment on the cable machine, sit with your back straight and feet planted on the platform. Pull the handle toward your torso by driving your elbows back, then slowly extend your arms to the starting position. This exercise improves back thickness, arm pulling power, and posture when performed with proper form.
