Arnold Press
The Arnold Press targets the front and side shoulders (delts) while engaging the triceps and upper chest. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with palms facing your body. As you press the weights overhead, rotate your palms to face forward at the top. Lower slowly under control.
