Triceps Pushdown

Triceps Pushdowns are a cable exercise that isolates the triceps for improved strength and definition. Stand facing a cable machine with a straight bar or rope attachment set at the top. Grip the handle(s) with elbows tucked at your sides and press downward until your arms are fully extended. Slowly return to the starting position under control. This movement strengthens the triceps, enhances arm tone, and improves endurance while maintaining proper form and joint safety.
