Inverted Grip Lat Pulldowns target the lats (latissimus dorsi) while engaging the biceps (front arm muscles) and rear delts (back shoulder muscles). Sit at a cable machine with a wide bar attachment, grip the bar with palms facing you (underhand grip), and pull it down toward your upper chest. Slowly return to the starting position. This exercise strengthens the upper back, enhances arm engagement, and promotes proper posture when performed with controlled form.
